About Us
Simply Nutrition is celebrating our 4-year Anniversary this year after opening our doors on April 1st, 2016 in the Lincoln Village at Twelve Bridges. Owners Shannan and Jason Daetwiler bring years of retail experience and health-and-wellness product knowledge to their customers.
A testimony to the outstanding customer service and knowledge they provide to the community is winning the “Best of the Best” award for Best Health and Nutrition Store 4 years running from 2016-2019. They also were awarded 2019’s “Best Small Business” by the Lincoln Chamber Business Excellence Awards.
Both Shannan and Jason believed the community of Lincoln, CA would benefit from a place the community could trust to provide service, knowledge and a wide selection of only the highest quality products at affordable prices. Their mission to serve the community is reinforced daily by their commitment to share deep knowledge of health and the products they sell during their everyday interactions with customers and by the caliber of people they bring in for consumer lectures led by highly credibly knowledge experts in their fields. They treat every customer with compassion, listen to their needs and guide them to possible solutions or sometimes they just help them find delicious and nutrition snacks!
Shannan’s love of serving others, building relationships and providing an exception service for customers was instilled at a young age during her summers working in her father’s retail camera store in Roseville, CA. Over the years she worked in retail management until she stumbled upon a sales position for a nutritional supplement company which changed everything. She spent the next nine years traveling to health food stores, introducing new natural products from Nutraceutical and then Bluebonnet Nutrition and working with store owners to grow their business by sharing knowledge and the gift of health. It became a personal passion and mission to introduce health and natural clean products into people’s lives.
Jason’s entrepreneurial nature and love of all things fun, entertaining, social and community centered complemented Shannan’s expertise in the natural products industry perfectly. He quickly integrated himself into the project, helping Shannan launch their dream health food store, and becoming the VP of Marketing to oversee their social media presence, building community relationships and creating in store events and promotional marketing opportunities. When you visit the store, his huge smile and infectious personality will immediately make you feel like you’ve just met a new trusted friend.
During your first visit it’s clear, the owners and their staff are there to bring a smile to your face, to serve and to promote wellness. Come in and say hi. They can’t wait to meet and get to know you.
